We are looking for a Careers Education and Guidance Lead to create, implement and deliver the College’s Careers Strategy.
This role is part of the Student Experience team and is a key role to the College leading to a real difference in student outcomes.

**Your duties
You will:
- Provide 1 to 1 support to students in line with annual intervention targets
- Develop careers resources in line with student needs
- Promote careers services to all stakeholders
- Maintain the Matrix accreditation and lead on new careers accreditations
- Arrange a range of onsite careers activities

**Person specification
- Level 6 Careers Advice and Guidance Recognised qualification
- Driving License (for some across site travel)
- Experience of providing careers education and guidance in individual or small group settings
- Experience of organising successful cross College events
- Experience of working in Further Education
