**COMMERCIAL PROPERTY LAWYER - 6 MONTH CONTRACT - LONDON**

My client is a top 50 UK law firm looking to recruit a commercial property lawyer to join its team based in London on an initial 6 month FTC with prospects for the job to become permanent..

The department acts for a mix of private and public sector clients covering a wide range of commercial property work. Clients include developers, housing associations, local authorities and government departments and charities.

**Role Overview**

In joining this firm as a commercial property solicitor you will have the chance to work in an established national department working on a variety of commercial property transactions.

The firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor who can demonstrate:

- Qualified solicitor with a good technical knowledge of commercial real estate work. As a guide our client would expect someone to have a minimum of 1 year's post qualification experience.
- Able to manage your own matters with mínimal supervision and to work alongside a senior colleague in relation to more complex projects.
- Supporting on complex, market leading transactions.
- Able to deal; with end-to-end responsibility for own case-load of transactions - specifically lending transactions, acquisitions and disposals and landlord and tenant lease negotiations.
