**Band 6 Community Rehab Occupational Therapist**

**Location**:London

**Start Date**:ASAP

**End Date**:10 weeks from start date

**Working Pattern**:Monday to Friday, 37.5 hr per week

**The Client**

My client in NHS works in partnership with all who use their services to improve health and wellbeing covering community, sexual health, mental health, health and justice and addictions services. Together they look at ways of improving an individual's qualityof life, through high quality healthcare and personal support. They respect and value the diversity of patients, service users and staff, to create a respectful and inclusive environment, which recognizes the uniqueness of each individual.

**The Role**

**Skills & Abilities**

To carry a clinical caseload of patients who have neurological impairments eg stroke, Parkinsons disease, MND etc.
To see patients in their own home, to offer rehabilitation input as well as advice in long term management.
