**The Position**

**Job Title**:
Customer Service Apprentice

**Apprenticeship Course**:
Level 3 Information Communication Technician

**Apprenticeship Duration**:
Approx. 18 months

**Location**:
Egham, Surrey, TW20

**Working Hours**:
Monday - Friday, 9.00 am - 5.30 am

**Salary**:
£12,000 per annum

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Understanding company product set and learning how to troubleshoot problems.
- Providing first & second-line support to Telephony, Mobile and Broadband customers.
- Provisioning Telephone systems and changing settings for clients as required.
- Responding to clients within the SLA’s required.
- Processing Incoming tickets & calls.
- Placing orders on the portal for numbering, telephony, connectivity.
- Independently troubleshoot client issues.
- Report to Operations Manager.
- Various other jobs may be required from time to time, we are a small company, therefore, everyone needs to get involved sometimes.
- Full training would be provided

**Requirements**:

- Learning to drive/ has a full UK driving licence
