Foh Server

**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that customers receive outstanding service while enjoying their meals in a welcoming environment. This position requires a blend of hospitality skills, time management, and a passion for food and service.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel welcomed.
- Take accurate orders and provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials.
- Assist with food preparation when necessary, ensuring all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a courteous manner.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and standards at all times.

**Skills**
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent hospitality skills with a genuine desire to help guests enjoy their experience.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and restaurant environments is advantageous.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure the health and wellbeing of our guests.
- Ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining a friendly rapport with customers.
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.
