**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced and confident **Head Waitress/Waiter** with strong **bartending skills** to lead our front-of-house service. This is a hands-on role where you’ll set the tone for service excellence, support the team on the floor and at the bar, and help deliver a warm, memorable experience for every guest.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead by example, delivering exceptional table service and guest care.
- Oversee the smooth running of the dining area and assist in daily floor operations.
- Prepare and serve drinks at the bar, including cocktails, wine, and coffee.
- Train, support, and motivate front-of-house team members to maintain high standards.
- Handle guest queries and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Work closely with management on bookings, shift planning, and service coordination.
- Ensure bar and floor areas remain clean, organised, and fully stocked.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a senior waiter/waitress or head server in a busy restaurant.
- Skilled in classic and signature cocktails, wine service, and bar operations.
- Natural leadership abilities with a hands-on, team-first mindset.
- Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Pay: £13.50-£15.50 per hour
