**Graduate Sponsorship Trainee**

**Salary - Up to £30,000 dependent on experience.**

**Global Insight Conferences** have been passionate about producing high-quality events for over 11 years now. Leaders in many of the industry sectors, we are now looking for a strong, pro-active graduate who will go the extra mile to generate sponsorship and exhibition revenue and help grow the sponsorship team. The successful graduate will have a passion for live business events as well as virtual conferences, excellent communication and Microsoft Excel skills, a logical mind as well as being very personable with our clients and sponsors.

This is a fantastic role for someone wishing to make a massive impact in a growing company. If you’re a bright, tenacious, well presented and a high-energy individual, we’ll be committed to help drive your career forward. You’ll need to be comfortable dealing with senior decision makers professionally both on the telephone and face-to-face. We are sourcing a real go-getter, so you’ll need a great entrepreneurial spirit, enjoy interacting with people and ready to go the extra mile for our sponsors and exhibitors.

**This graduate sponsorship role with uncapped commission, includes**:

- Identifying the key sectors to sell into.
- Account management of current clients.
- Creating a sales database.
- Marketing and copywriting.
- Cold-calling new sales leads.
- Client meetings.
- Running the conference and exceeding clients’ expectations on the actual day at the conference.
