Located in Ashton under Lyne, we are seeking a dynamic and engaging individual to become the face of our brand on our official TikTok page.

**Role and Duties**:
Host engaging live sessions 5 times a week, specifically from 8 PM to 10 PM, from our warehouse. Present our health supplement products in an informative and appealing manner. Engage with our audience by answering questions, providing product information, and interacting in real-time during live sessions. Collaborate with our team to plan content and promotional strategies.
- Represent the brand in a positive and professional manner
- Engage with customers to promote and sell products
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the brand's products and services
- Assist with merchandising and maintaining store appearance
- Participate in marketing events and promotions

**Experience**:

- Strong on-camera presence with the ability to engage and entertain an audience.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Interest or background in health, wellness, and natural supplements is a plus. (not mandatory)
- Experience with TikTok and conducting live streams is highly preferred. Ability to commute to our warehouse in Ashton under Lyne for live sessions.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively market and promote products
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers

As a Brand Representative, you will have the opportunity to showcase your excellent communication skills while representing our brand. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, promote our products, and provide exceptional customer service. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about our brand and have the ability to effectively communicate its value to customers.

To succeed as a Brand Representative, Your ability to effectively market and promote our products will be crucial in driving sales and building customer loyalty.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £10.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
