**Position Overview**:
As a Caretaker/ Site Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the school premises. Your responsibilities will include overseeing facilities management, health and safety compliance, and managing the site team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the school premises, including maintenance, security, and cleanliness.
- Conduct regular inspections of the site to identify and address any maintenance or health and safety issues.
- Coordinate with external contractors for repairs, renovations, and other facilities-related projects.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and undertake risk assessments as necessary.
- Supervise and support the site team, providing guidance and training as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in facilities management, preferably within an educational setting.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with staff and contractors.
