**The Company**

Purfleet Commercials Ltd specialises in the repair and maintenance of MAN commercial vehicles with depots located throughout Essex, North London and Kent. We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor to join our Team located at ourGatwick branch.

**Job Details**:
To perform a customer facing role within a busy commercial environment

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

- General answering of the Service calls into the business
- Raising Job cards and following the flow of repairs through the workshop
- Updating our customer of the repairs and costs undertaken
- Controlling and maintaining the scheduled planner of customer O licenced vehicles

Knowledge and Skills:
Skills and Experience
- Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook to a intermediate level.
- Demonstrable knowledge of customer service
- Strong time management skills.
- Proven ability to resolve queries effectively.
- Motor trade experience is desirable not essential.

- Enthusiastic and self motivated
- Excellent telephone manners
- Flexible and hard working
- Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines when necessary
- Resourceful, intuitive and tenacious

Reporting to the Service Manager you will be expected to make bookings, keep our customer updated throughout their vehicles repair and manage incoming Service calls to the dealership.

Hours: 47 hours per week,.8am-6pm 1 hour lunch break E/o Saturday morning 8am-12.00pm
