**Your Responsibilities**:

- Work alongside and support the management team in day-to-day operations.
- Lead by example, motivating and developing the Front of House team.
- Maintain operational procedures to the highest standard.
- Ensure all products meet our brand's impeccable standards and train your team accordingly.
- Manage staffing levels to meet business demands during your shifts.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations to uphold the safety of our team and guests.
- Deputise for other managers as needed to cover holidays or sickness.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.44-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
