Opportunity for a high-calibre sales professional to work with a global leader in state-of-the-art facilities in the Loughborough area. You'll be part of a high-performing Inside Sales team responsible for the Account Management of our clients customers.With the aim of understanding their needs and providing a first-class service in order to forge long-lasting, strong relationships and develop the brands presence further.

**Responsibilities**:

- Driving sales through building customer relationships and penetration of products through direct business and channel partners
- Delivery and ownership of a defined sales quota
- Performance measured against defined Key Performance Indictors
- Regular engagement with key divisional functions, including sales management, field sales, marketing and technical support
- Coordination of customer contact strategy with field sales team to ensure customer experience & selling time are optimised, and to support business protection

**About You**:

- Good understanding of business processes
- Existing inside sales or field sales experience
- Self-motivated and has a real drive to succeed
- Excellent, confident telephone manner
- Customer oriented and professional communication
- Positive minded, resilient and tenacious
- High social competence and ability to work in a team
- Problem solving orientation
- Analytical and data driven
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not essential
