**Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring exceptional service. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for the restaurant industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

**Duties**
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations efficiently.
- Take food and drink orders accurately, providing recommendations when necessary.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, menus, and service stations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Uphold food safety standards in all aspects of food handling and service.
- Support bartending staff during busy periods, assisting with drink preparation as needed.
- Participate in catering events, providing excellent service to guests in various settings.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
- A team player who is willing to help colleagues across different roles within the establishment.
- Experience in bartending or catering will be considered a plus.

Pay: £10.00-£12.95 per hour
