Sutton, United Kingdom The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust Full time

The Royal Marsden has a vital role in championing change and improvement in cancer care through research and innovation, education and leading-edge practice. We are incredibly proud of our international reputation for pushing the boundaries and for our ground-breaking work ensuring our patients receive the very best and latest in cancer treatment and care.
Powered by the AI Imaging Hub, we aim to create a future-orientated imaging department to realise the full potential of imaging data for early diagnosis, precision medicine and improved patient outcomes through development of novel biomarkers, mínimally invasive techniques and informatics solutions. We will provide diagnostic services which not only reveal location and extent of disease but non-invasive insight into the biological behaviours of disease, a “digital biopsy”. This innovative approach will support tailored therapy that can adapt to the individual patient in response to changes in their data.
The Transformation Lead will be an integral member of the AI Imaging Hub team. The post holder will:
Together with the Directors, oversee the Artificial Intelligence Imaging Hub, working with scientists, clinicians and support workers together in the patient environment.
Co-ordinate the unique spectrum of talent and skills required for the development of novel AI tools and real-world translation of digital tools for the benefit of patients.
Be responsible for ensuring the Hub is an invigorating environment, ensuring increasing staff recruitment and retention in an increasingly competitive environment.
Seek out and liaise with academic and industry collaborators to attract investment and stimulate enthusiasm, collaboration and innovation throughout the Trust.
