Atherton House Group provides the highest standard of nursery care and education in each of our **5 early years settings **within a unique environment in which children are actively encouraged to explore, learn and interact with others.

We are looking for an **Executive Assistant **to join our **Liverpool based **team. This role would suit a highly motivated, organised person who has appropriate Executive Assistant experience in a dynamic company environment. Reporting to the Director, this will be a fast-paced and exciting role for an enthusiastic and well organised individual.

**The need to know**:

- Office based in Crosby, L23. On occasion you may be required to travel to other sites across the North-West
- 20 - 25 hours per week over minimum of 3 days (days and exact hours to be discussed at interview)
- £29,120 - £31,200 FTE (40p/w) per annum

**Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following**:

- Provide extensive operational support to the Director, pre-empting needs and ensuring they are fully prepped for all meetings in advance
- Strategic diary management, organising recurring meetings in advance and managing time as effectively as possible
- Organisation of team meetings, writing agendas according to business focus
- Action management, ensuring the Director has all answers and updates in preparation for future meetings
- Inbox management, fielding requests to relevant people where necessary and replying on the Directors behalf
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the business
- Act as a senior leader across the business and play a vital role in aligning communications and updates for the Director
- Maintain a strong working relationship with other departments, including Finance, People Team, Quality, Training and Marketing.

**The ideal applicant will**:

- Be extremely motivated, with a passion for working closely with a Director to develop a business
- Have strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise not only their workload but that of the Directors
- Possess a strategic thought process, with the ability to pre-empt needs through future planning
- Have excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop relationships at numerous levels across the business
- Hold a high level of written and IT skills; Excel, Canva, Powerpoint and ideally an understanding of Quickbooks
- Be a team player, that can adapt and change according to needs, that is unafraid of a challenge
- Have a friendly and approachable demeanour, even under pressure
- Be educated to a high standard (must have GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English).
