An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the American Golf team as a Trainee Custom Fitter in a full-time role. We’re seeking to recruit a person with a passion for selling and a strong commitment and understanding of golf, who will bring energy and enthusiasm to the role.

Although previous experience in the golf industry would be of benefit, we will provide full training to the high standards expected as an American Golf Custom Fitter. This position may be suited to someone who aspires to become an expert in Golf Club fittings or a PGA Professional. Some evening and weekend work will be a requirement of the role.

**To Be Successful in This Role You Will Need**
- Offer specialist advice through customer consultations using product knowledge, recommend products and
- Create a unique and best in class experience in the bay, generating excitement for every opportunity.
- Own Anthill platform utilising it to full capacity and managing all leads
- Generate new leads daily in line with agreed standards
- Perform and support the team in re-gripping and basic club repairs (where applicable)
- To personally provide excellent standards of customer experience
