My client is seeking a Treasury Manager for a period of 6 months they are a large Private Equity organisation going through a huge period of growth and transition.

Below are the duties required to support the Head of Treasury
- Weekly group cashflow forecasting - consolidating cash flow forecasts from divisions
- Monthly review of cash flow against budget for Board reporting
- Maintaining the external interest schedules and verifying on a quarter basis to payments to lenders
- Calculating withholding tax on interest with support from Group tax
- Setting up ad hoc group payments for approval (VAT, corp tax etc)
- Prepare paperwork for new bank accounts for new acquisitions
- Liaise with banks (facility and operational bank accounts) as necessary
