Based at the reception of Walter Bower House, the postholder will be part of a small team responsible for providing a professional customer focused image of the University, through provision of the switchboard and providing reception services. The main purpose of the role is as follows:
**Staffing the Walter Bower House (WBH) switchboard and reception and acting as main point of contact for building users and guests**

**Day-to-day management of building and liaison with other teams**

The postholder will assist the Eden Campus Site Manager in the effective and efficient day-to-day management and operation of WBH. They will work closely with colleagues in Estates, Residential and Business Services, Saints Sports and other areas of the University to provide an excellent service to users throughout all areas of the building (working areas, café, gym and library).

The role also assists with business-critical services such as WBH mailroom, delivery acceptance, turnover of lockers, temporary parking permit allocation, provision of stationery at printer stations, visitor management and meeting rooms.
