We are excited to be recruiting for a Kitchen Porter at Royal Academy Engineering.

**You will be...**
- To assist in providing clean and hygienic food service and food preparation areas throughout the site. Responsible for all washing up and disposal of waste.
- On occasions responsible for some aspects of food service to customers in line with the CH&CO brand.
- To work on a shift basis as required by the business, Mainly Monday to Friday with some Longer shift to cover PM events, and this is normaly paid as overtime.
- To understand and comply with CH&CO and statutory health, hygiene and safety, quality standards including COSHH and HACCP ensuring all tasks are carried out in accordance with these standards in all areas of the site as outlined in the CH&CO handbook.
- To maintain a professional and friendly image with the client and customers at the RAE.
- Work effectively and cooperatively with all colleagues at the RAE to ensure excellent customer service.
