**SUPPORT WORKER POSITION**

**£9.85 per hour**

**(increasing to £10.10 per hour at completion of probationary period)**

**36 hrs p/wk**

Stonebridge House, Maidstone is our new state-of-the-art, x6 bedroom facility for complex ASD adults and is part of Waterstone Residential Care Ltd care and support development.

**In this role you will**:

- Offer enhanced PBS care with a flexible learning approach for all our autistic patients
- Work in a residential care setting, providing guidance and encouragement to patients through physical and emotional support
- Maintain a safe, clean and enjoyable environment to live and work in
- Assist patients with their medical and welfare needs and report as required
- Safeguard patients
- Learn about individuals’ specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way.

- Day shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Maidstone, ME15 9UF: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
