A fantastic Call Centre Sales Advisor opportunity has become available to work at our head office in Thorne, with fabulous benefits.

**Main Duties**:

- Making warm calls to existing customers - NO COLD CALLING
- Manage inbound enquires from customers and identify opportunities to cross-sell products
- Adhering to data protection
- Working within a busy sales floor
- Work towards sales targets
- Confidently manage objections
- Advise and sell company products and services
- Manage CRM system and correctly enter customer data

**Your working week would be**:

- Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:30pm (with 1-hour breaks)
- Every 3rd Saturday - 9am to 12:30pm
