Complex Health Support Worker.
Location: BD12

**Salary**: £12 per hour
Hours: Day shifts (Part time).

We are looking to recruit an individual to be apart of a small team to cover day shifts and Holiday cover.
We are providing support for a lady she has a tracheostomy tube and requires 24-hour ventilation and access to cough assist and suctioning. She has her nutritional needs met via an NG tube due to dysphagia but can tolerate a small fluid intake. She is a type II diabetic and has her blood glucose levels monitored twice daily and insulin prescribed and administered prior to her NG feed.
She has a long-term urethral catheter and requires assistance with personal care. This is a unique opportunity to support a lady on a waking night basis to support her needs. There is a full training package in place, which will be delivered by Health Professionals who already support and know this lady, so this will be comprehensive and also there will be ongoing training and support.
