Source Supply are working closely with primary schools in Darlington and the surrounding areas to recruit exceptional Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work on a flexible basis.

Demand is high and we need a number of staff to start as soon as possible for a range of roles, including day-to-day supply, short term absence cover and longer term vacancies.

**Requirements**:
Salary is dependent on experience, qualifications and training. All successful applicants will:

- Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in supporting teaching and learning (or be able to evidence they are working towards this).
- Have referenceable experience working in a school setting.
- Be passionate about education, with a desire to help young people thrive.
- Be comfortable supporting the class teacher to deliver a range of lessons.
- Be an excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ideally hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to vehicle.
