**The Role**:
We are looking for a highly organised person with experience in the Creative Operations field. Someone with great people communication skills able to manage business stakeholders and teams
**.**
The Resource/Traffic Lead will be responsible for ensuring that our internal Creative Design agency is running efficiently and effectively and all costs spent are competitive and output is to the very highest standard. Reporting into Head of Creative Operations.
Focusing on quality, people, process and profitability, the role must ensure the smooth running of all areas within the creative agency by resolving key production/workflow issues, whilst working with senior management to define optimum resource and processes that underpin the agency's success.
You will be pivitol in planning resource to accommodate the needs of the creative department, You will be resourcing different creative skills requirements based on projects needs. keeping a close eye on schedules, costs, purchase orders, deadlines, and key skills required to make the projects a success. Ensuring the teams time is managed efficiently & effectively to get the best results from them, whilst meeting stakeholders expectations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Take ownership of the agency Capacity Plan. Ensure the that the capacity plan is updated weekly.
- Manage all resources and ensure all projects / account are staffed accordingly and within set budget.
- Review timelines for campaigns and business requests with Traffic Manger. Ensuring the project team is given the right time and budget to deliver briefed work
- Manage the creative team's time and make recommendations to prioritise their workload to ensure timely work delivery
- Work closely with the team leads in prioritizing / re-allocating workloads
- Flag resourcing bottlenecks / conflicts and make recommendations to the senior leadership team
- Take ownership of the workflow management, reviewing and optimising to ensure we are working with a robust system and process.
- Budget plan and manage - negotiating to ensure we are getting best rates for projects
- Work closely with the HR team to manage all freelance / recruitment requests
- Own and expand our freelance and talent database. Be informed of freelancer skill sets and availability
- Manage a team of 3 people within the traffic team including Senior Traffic Manager to support the needs of the department. Whilst working cross functionally with other peers across the marketing operations department.
**Base Location**:
The base location for this role is at our Head Office in West London. Hanger Lane is the nearest tube station on the central line, alternatively we have a free on-site car park should driving be an option.
