**Job Summary**
FSK are re-opening We have come to a resolution with the shopping centre and will be re-opening on Thursday 7th November We have a solid chef team in place but need food servers who are comfortable preparing food and serving customers.

There are a number of opportunities to work your way up and we will be happy to consider anyone that is looking for a more experienced position also.

We opened a new Restaurant in Festival Place Shopping Centre in March this year, but closed it in September due to an issue with the shopping centre but we are really excited about re-opening and all the new amazing dishes we can create, live music, private events upstairs, it’s going to be the best place in town again

We are an independent company who makes everything fresh and uses local produce where possible, have fun, give back to our customers and make impressive food, so we need a motivated all-rounder that takes pride in their work, has a passion for food along with enjoying managing and motivating people.

The ideal Server is happy to work weekdays, weekends along with evening shifts, but we are flexible with days needed off and genuinely want our staff to have a good work life balance.

This position is immediately available for the right individual but please only apply, if you have an excellent work ethic, along with good communication skills and a positive disposition.

Duties
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced restaurant environment in accordance with brand standard
- Preferably someone with Barista experience and expertise.
- Take customer orders and ensure accuracy of the order
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, grilling meats, and assembling dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining area
- Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and ovens
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Upsell menu items to increase sales

**Skills**:

- Culinary skills: Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and cooking methods

Barista skills: knowledge of coffees, coffee making etc.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and help colleagues when needed
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and procedures
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours
- Upselling skills to promote additional menu items and increase revenue
- Hospitality mindset with a friendly and welcoming demeanor towards guests
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £9.00-£11.84 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 50 per week
