As the public face of our properties, you’ll provide a warm, friendly welcome, give information about the property, answer questions and make sure everyone has an enjoyable and memorable visit.
**Salary**:£11.65 an hour, (to be reviewed in April) We’re currently undertaking our pay review process and it is likely that this salary will be increased from 1st April 2025.
**Contract/duration**:until end of December 2025
What it's like to work here:Reporting to the Welcome and Service Assistant Manager you will be joining a team of 10 Welcome and Service Assistants, however this will be a lone working role located outside in our car park.
What you'll be doing:You’ll be working outside, as the first person to meet our visitors as they arrive you will orientate and offer them a warm welcome ensuring their visit to Sizergh starts in the best way. You'll help to keep the car park and surrounding area in good order, and provide a knowledgeable and friendly service to our visitors. Your role will focus on having great conversations about membership and growing support, encouraging visitors to support our work through becoming members.
