Your role within our Lettings department will be to ensure timely lets of properties, ensuring the customer receives first class service at all times.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Qualifying leads
- Matching applicants to suitable properties
- Booking viewings and getting viewing feedback
- Negotiating contracts
- Keeping landlords fully up to date of progress
- Maintaining databases to ensure details are always up to date and accurate
- Ensuring all properties and tenancies meet legal requirements
