Children support worker roles are available in Dundee. Choose your own schedule, and work as often as you like based on your availability Make a real difference in the lives of young people, supporting them to have a safe and fulfilled childhood

Part-time and full-time hours are available by booking your own shifts through our app and catching up with your own dedicated consultant. Work at the same service or try out lots of different ones

A successful Children support worker will be responsible for:

- Provide constant supervision and care for children in a residential setting.
- Offer emotional support and build trusting relationships with the children.
- Assess and manage cases of children and families in need.
- Offer guidance and education to families on parenting and child development.
- Connect families with community resources and support services.
- Conduct home visits to assess living situations and provide in-home support.
- Keep accurate records of interactions and interventions.
- Work towards family reunification when possible.
- Provide court testimony in child welfare cases.
- Have previous 6 months prior experience in the UK
- Bachelor's degree in finance, social work, or related field.
- Experience in a child support or family law field.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Great Communication Skills
