Talent Specialist

Montel Group are growing again To facilitate this, we are looking for a qualified and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources department and oversee our full-cycle recruiting.

**Job Location**:
The position is based from our Stockton office, conveniently located in Preston Farm Business Park with an on-site cafe and nearby shops. The building has a staff shower, outdoor seating space, kitchen facilities and refreshments. Our workspace is designed to foster collaboration, innovation, and a positive work environment.

**A typical day will include**:

- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Determine selection criteria
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Lead employer branding initiatives
- Help to create internal development pathways for colleagues across our European offices
- Research, benchmarking and advising on salary structures
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Build relationships with local Universities and FE colleges to develop local talent pools
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department

**What we are looking for**:

- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- Experience of working in a pan-European role would be an advantage but not essential
