A Director of Valuation Surveying is seeking a Valuation Surveyor to work in the Lease Advisory department based in their Twickenham office.

**The Valuation Surveyors role**

They are looking to add an experienced Valuation Surveyor with an extensive knowledge of Leasehold Enfranchisement on Residential and Commercial property across London and the Southeast. Along with working client side to give advice to Landlords and Tenants.

This is a very busy department with a strong pipeline of work, that needs a strong leader to help manage the department and the Surveyors within it.

**The Valuation Surveyor will ideally hold**
- MRICS or AssocRICS qualified
- Extensive leasehold knowledge
- Leadership experience
- Use to managing junior Surveyors
- Strong communication
- Confident client

**In Return?**
- Salary is £60,000 to £75,000
- Car Allowance of £5400
- Travel expenses paid for
- 25 days holiday per annum
