This role could suit someone withface to face customer service experience who is looking for a change in direction, you could come from a variety of industries, as long as you have good general admin skills we will provide you with all the product and on the job training required to be successful.

While previous experience would be advantageous, it's most certainly not essential. With the right attitude, communication and general admin skills we can provide you with a good level of support and training.

**What will I be doing in the role?**

Working as part of our Customer Engagement team, you will undertake account management duties, regularly liaising with current customers to understand their current and future requirements, building lasting relationship through understanding their needsand delivering a high standard of customer service.

Additionally you will be tasked with contacting previous and lapsed customers to rebuild relationships and look to bring them back onboard.

- Reasonable IT skills (role will include data entry and updating customer details in our CRM)
