Trainee Car Sales Executive

We are looking for a trainee car sales person. Ideal for someone who has Just left School or College with a desire to build a great career for themselves. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and cars, this is an exciting opportunity to join our team. We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, including commission-based earnings

**Duties**:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide information about available car models, features, and pricing
- Conduct test drives and accompany customers during the process
- Upsell additional products and services, such as extended warranties or maintenance packages
- Negotiate prices and terms of sales agreements
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

**Skills**:

- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of achieving targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate in multiple languages (multilingual or bilingual)
- Knowledge of sales management techniques and strategies
- Proficiency in using sales software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Organizational skills to manage leads, appointments, and paperwork effectively
- Phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries professionally
