Greenacres Carehome is a purpose built home which has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere Well-trained staff with rooms for up to 40 residents. We pride ourselves in providing 24-hour care and specialised services for older people, the beauty of our grounds, the quality of our catering and our engaging activities we deliver.

As a Care Assistant you will provide person centred care and support to assist residents to maintain their independence including personal care, promote a relaxed social environment during mealtimes, participating in activities whilst also providing a listening ear to those who need it most.

Here at Greenacres we are currently recruiting for Care assistants to join our welcoming, qualified, enthusiastic, care and team. We have a range of part-time vacancies available.

**We provide;**:

- Overtime Enhanced rates.
- Enhanced pay rates bank holidays
- Alternate weekends.
- Day shift times; 08.00-15.00 & 15.00-22.00 - 19.5 - 26 hours contracts available
- Night shift times; 22.00-08.00 X 2 weekly

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Promoting independence and personal dignity whilst providing the highest quality of care with respect to our residents.
- Supporting our residents daily with their preferred package of care, they request as detailed in their individualized care plan.
- Updating resident’s charts and daily notes to track their progress.
- Answer the nurse call system, giving assistance as required.
- Checking residents at regular intervals according to their care plan.
