We are looking for an experienced Cash/Banking/Treasury person to act as a Finance Manager - Income for a leading Charity/Social Enterprise in South East London. Working in a busy and compact team, you will oversee the taking and reconciling of over £ 300million per annum. Reporting to the Head of Shared Services you will have excellent technical reconciliation/double entry accounting technical skills, be an experienced supervisor, and be prepared to lead the team in a daily hands-on capacity.

Duties include
- Lead, inspire and develop the accounts staff to achieve high levels of personal and business performance.
- Identify and lead improvement in the Income Protection section and set procedures to embed change (including cost centre Finance Procedures).
- Build concrete working relationships between finance and operations.
- Manage the Income Protection section.
- Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and to deadlines.
- Ensure statutory compliance in the section.
- Production of monthly bank reconciliations and monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Work closely with other Finance Managers, in particular the Debt section.
