**THE ROLE**

You’ll make your impact across multiple locations as you lead a large community of ambitious and proactive Customer Operations Managers.

With a focus on elevating performance through specific coaching and inspirational management, you’ll drive and evolve the achievements and development of our Managers.

It’s all about raising the bar, developing talent and empowering operational excellence with new strategies, processes and ideas. This role is integral to bringing us together, moving us forward, and ultimately building trust with our customers.

**WHAT YOU’LL GET**
