**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct regular maintenance of gardens, including planting, pruning, weeding, and lawn care
- Perform general handyman tasks such as carpentry, painting, and minor repairs
- Assist with outdoor projects such as fencing, decking, and laying pathways
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings and grounds to identify potential issues
- Respond promptly to maintenance and repair requests
- Keep accurate records of tasks performed and materials used

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in gardening, handyman work, or similar roles
- Proficiency in using tools and equipment for both outdoor and internal repair and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of gardening techniques and general maintenance processes
- Clean drivers license
- Ability to handle minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Physical stamina and strength for outdoor labor tasks

**Ideal Candiate**

Located in South London and Croydon

Full Drivers License with a maximum of 6 points

Aged above 30 for insurance purposes

Flexible hours

CIS registered

Computer literate

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Freelance, Zero hours contract

Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
