Our company is hiring a New Business Administrator to join our experienced lettings team. New Business Administrators have responsibility for ensuring a seamless moving experience for tenants embarking on their new property. The role requires impeccable time management, ability to work diligently under pressure and with faultless attention to detail whilst building and maintaining a strong relationship with our valued landlords. The role plays a pivotal part in the lettings process, ensuring the first contact new tenants haev with our agency is welcoming, helpful and diligent to our landlords requirements. You will also support the negotiators with thir diary management, booking in viewings, ensuring the window displays are tidy and relevent, and assisting with the marketing of new properties going to market.
We are looking for a team player, who has previous administration and customer service expereince where excellent communication and problem solving skills can be utilised. We will provide specific on the job training to help you accomplish the rest, along with the opportunity to progress in your estate agency career.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
