**Core Responsibilities of the Supervisor Dealership Driver**:

- Leadership and Supervision of the driving team
- Direct the daily activities of dealership drivers
- Ensuring efficient, safe, and timely movement of vehicles between premises and to customers
- Monitor vehicle care and upkeep during transportation and delivery processes
- Develop schedules and routes to optimize delivery times and minimise costs
- Collaborate with sales and service departments to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction
- Implement safety and compliance standards across all transportation activities

**Essential Qualifications for the Role**:

- Extensive experience in vehicle transportation or a logistics-focused role
- Previous supervisory experience
- Robust knowledge of the Dealership area and surrounding regions
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Professional demeanour, representative of the Mercedes-Benz and Hedin brands
- Must possess the legal right to work in the UK
- Clean driving license
- min 25+ age for vehicle insurance purposes
