Job Purpose
Responsible for the day to day duties within the Warehouse, to ensure that they are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures in a safe, accurate and timely manner. Including but not limited to, unloading, validating, goods receiving and locating all items into the warehouse and picking, packing, goods issuing and dispatching all items to customers.

Principal Accountabilities
1. Receiving Goods Unloading deliveries safely and efficiently. Checking goods against delivery notes and reporting discrepancies or damages. Storing incoming stock in the correct locations. 2. Picking and Packing Orders Accurately picking items according to order slips or digital systems. Packing products securely and labeling parcels correctly. Ensuring correct documentation is included with shipments. 3. Inventory Management Conducting regular stock counts and reporting variances. Keeping stock organized and tidy to ensure accurate picking. Updating inventory systems with incoming and outgoing goods. 4. Dispatch and Shipping Preparing items for dispatch following procedures and timelines. Coordinating with couriers or internal transport teams. Ensuring goods are shipped to the correct destination. 5. Health and Safety Compliance Following company and legal health & safety procedures. Operating machinery (e.g., forklifts counterbalance and reach truck) safely when trained. Keeping work areas clean, clear, and hazard-free.
