JOB TITLE: Legal Counsel/Commercial Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 3+ PQE
LOCATION: South West/Midlands
SALARY: Up to £70,000 DOE
THE ROLE:
Our client is a well-known global organisation, that are currently looking for an experienced Legal Counsel/ Commercial Solicitor to cover a period of maternity leave within their busy In-House team. Want to join a dynamic and empowering organisation? As aLegal Counsel/ Commercial Solicitor you will be responsible for advising and negotiating on a range of commercial contracts within the brand, supporting with compliance, licensing and franchise, real estate, and marketing and many other areas. You will overseeinstructing external counsel and managing and mitigating risks.
