Conveyancing Assistant - Lancashire

THE FIRM
- Dynamic and innovative law firm is recruiting for an experienced conveyancing assistant to join its award winning residential property team
- The firm provides legal services to clients in the Manchester/Lancashire area and can offer some very high quality work

THE ROLE
- Working closely with the Conveyancer to progress a caseload of transactions through to completion
- Managing a case load of your own conveyancing transactions with the guidance of your manager
- Preparing legal documentation as requires
- Using a case management systems

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar conveyancing role is essential
- Must have experience using a case management system, experience of Proclaim would be an advantage
