**Responsible for**:Cleaning venues/accommodation;
**Hours**:Flexible

- Ensure guest satisfaction is maintained and any requests are actioned.
- Ensure all cleaning is completed to high company standards.
- Complete tasks accurately and within given timeframes.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Our Service**
- Ensure that any guests cleaning/housekeeping requests are followed up and completed.
- Ensure good communication with all departments throughout the venue.
- Be familiar with accommodation/venue cleaning standards.
- Ensure that all tasks are completed on each shift and in the allocated timeframe given.
- Be fully conversant with the relevant accommodation diary system (housekeeping section).
- Ensure you have a full understanding of the venues regulations.
- Report irregularities to relevant Head Housekeeper and/or maintenance.
- Communicate, work with and build good working relations with the venues teams to ensure a consistent level of standards is maintained across all venues.

**Our Business**

1. Be fully conversant with and adhere to hotel standards of operation and department procedures.

2. Be fully aware of all daily and weekly cleaning tasks.

3. Liaise and co-ordinate with all department over any special requests or requirements.

4. Ensure all necessary cleaning supplies are available.

5. Report any faulty equipment to the relevant persons.

6. Be familiar with all current regulations.

7. Clean and maintain the work area and materials.

1. Report for duty punctually in the correct uniform, paying attention to personal hygiene and tidiness.

2. Help to maintain a good working environment within the department and good working relationships with all departments in the venue.

3. Give assistance to other departments as and when necessary.

4. Carry out any other reasonable requests made by Managers.

5. Accept reasonable changes or additions in work hours, which are necessary for the maintenance of uninterrupted service.

6. Attend meetings and training sessions as and when required.

**Health and Safety**
- Report all potential and real hazards immediately.
- Be fully conversant with all Fire and Emergency procedures.
- Attend any fire, COSH, health and safety training required.
- Have a general awareness of Health and Safety in relation to all tasks and activities undertaken in the hotel.

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**

**ESSENTIAL**

Relevant experience in a housekeeping environment.

Attention to detail.

Reliable and trustworthy.

Knowledge of working with cleaning products/chemicals.

Excellent organisational skills.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £6.50-£9.50 per hour
