**About Circles South West**
We are an independent regional charity working towards the vision of ‘No More Victims’ of sexual abuse. We provide services to prevent re-offending by individuals who have sexually harmed as well as support services for the non-offending partners, family members and friends impacted by sexual offending. Our core activity is Circles of Support and Accountability, provided across Avon, Somerset, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, Dorset, Devon and Cornwall. We also provide specialist training and consultancy for professionals.
**Job description**
Job title: Administrator
Reporting to: Volunteer Coordinator
Main responsibilities and tasks
- To provide administrative support to the CEO and Operations Manager
- To assist with volunteer recruitment, retention and training.
- To administer the delivery of training events for professionals.
- To administer the provision of group-work for service users.
- To identify, investigate and book suitable community venues for meetings, training and other events.
- To contribute to data monitoring and analysis for reporting and evaluation purposes.
- To design, create and format flyers, reports, presentations and workbooks in accordance with organisational brand.
- To take and produce meeting minutes.
- To assist with social media and website content management.
- To undertake any other administration tasks required in support of the charity’s operations.
- To complete assigned tasks with competence, accuracy and within given deadlines.
- To maintain strict confidentiality in respect of volunteer, service user and staff information and work at all times within GDPR parameters.

**Terms of employment**
1. Contract: Part-time, 1 year fixed term contract with potential for extension.
2. Hours: 14 hours per week. Normal hours are 9am to 5pm but we will consider flexible working requests. Occasional work outside of contracted hours may be necessary. Core working day for all staff is Tuesday.
3. Location: Home-based, with occasional travel in South West England.
4. Holidays: 28 days (with an additional day for each complete year served up to 5 days) + public holidays
5. Pension: Automatic enrolment into Circles South West contributory workplace pension scheme with employer contribution of 5% and minimum employee contribution of 3%
6. Appointment depends on a satisfactory DBS clearance and references.
7. Probationary period: 6 months.
