**The Role**:
Key roles and responsibilities
- Co-ordinate staff moving to support workload.
- Ensure process adherence through coaching to colleagues & highlight & feed gaps to TL.
- Coach and support colleagues.
- Monitor Selektron (workflow monitor).
- Support SOP’s / Audit fails by fixing, identify process improvement opportunities.
- Support on stock adjustments.
- Comply with current Health & Safety legislation and company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe workplace and working within defined safety areas.
- Work in a professional manner, ensuring the Team Leader is advised of any problems.
- Carry out ad hoc tasks as occasionally required by Team Leader/Warehouse Line Manager.
- Support the Shift Manager in the absence of the Team Leader

About You
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Self-motivated and able to work to deadlines.
- Able to work as an effective team player.
- Positive approach to duties
- Good work ethic
- Numeracy and literacy skills
- Good manual handling skills
- Able to work with automated systems, PDA etc
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Flexible approach
- Comfortable using Microsoft tools.
