**Role**:Sales Administrator

**Location**: Swindon

**Hours of work**:Monday** - **Friday 08:30-17:00

**Place of work**:Based in our showroom in Swindon Self-Build & Renovation Centre (NSBRC).

Working days are Monday - Friday - Monday can be worked from home and Tuesday -Friday will be based in the showroom.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Scotframe family. As a Sales Administrator working in Swindon you will have proven experience in working in sales administration or similar.

Scotframe is one of many Saint Gobain brands. Scotframe manufactures and supplies full timber frame housing kits for small/medium builders, developers and self-builders in the UK and is a market leader in closed panel systems used extensively for new build homes in Scotland and England.

**What you will be doing**:
Our sites are busy places, with lots going on inside and out, and whilst the exact duties may vary here is a taster of the role.
- Assisting the Business Development Manager on various tasks
- Provide administration and coordination support

To be successful in this role you should be an energetic, self-motivated, skilled administrator who cares deeply about customers and is prepared to go the extra mile to deliver a fantastic experience for the customer, you should have:

- Proven excellent telephone and customer service skills
- Strong communication, literacy and numeracy skills
- Strong analytical skills and careful attention to detail
- The ability to work on your own initiative, as well as being a team player
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your own workload
- Flexibility and the ability to deal with high volumes of work
- Excellent IT literacy on Word, Excel, Outlook and databases
- Some knowledge of the construction industry would be helpful.
