Are you a skilled and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant looking to take the next step in your career?
This role is perfect for an **HLTA** with experience supporting whole-class learning and delivering engaging lessons in a primary setting.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As an HLTA, you will:

- Lead whole-class teaching under the guidance of a qualified teacher
- Plan and deliver engaging learning activities, adjusting as needed to support pupil progress
- Use your specialist skills to promote pupil independence and engagement
- Assist in creating, reviewing, and implementing **Individual Education Plans (IEPs)**:

- Evaluate pupil progress through observation and feedback
- Supervise pupils during trips, activities, and transitions
- Work closely with teachers, staff, and external agencies to support the school's aims

**Requirements**:

- Solid understanding of the **Primary curriculum**:

- Strong classroom management skills
- Calm, confident, and approachable manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ICT skills to enhance teaching and learning
- Experience in schools, youth work, or similar settings
- Commitment to creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
