Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise e-commerce platforms, including website and marketplace accounts
- Monitor and analyse website traffic, sales performance, and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for improvement
- Implement strategies to increase online visibility, traffic, and conversion rates
- Conduct keyword research and optimise product listings for search engine optimisation (SEO)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all online channels
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms eBay, Amazon and driving online sales growth
- Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, including SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies
- Proficient in using e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track website performance and user behavior
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: £10,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
