At Stannah our Fabricator Welders produce bespoke Stairlift rails and Lift parts. These parts are key to the products we sell to help make people’s lives easier and more fulfilling.

We have great opportunities to join Stannah and train as an Apprentice Fabricator Welder, based in Andover.

This is a great chance to start a long career at Stannah, working with a great team for a family owned Company. As a Stannah Employee you benefit from a quarterly bonus payment which is based on Company profits on top of your basic pay, which is above themarket rate for an apprentice.

As the Apprentice Fabricator Welder, you will be working alongside our trained team members to learn the skills necessary to become a competent Fabricator Welder as well as completing a Level 2 NVQ Qualification.

Your apprenticeship will involve a mixture of work experience, studying, coaching, training and development (both practical and vocational). You will rotate between our Andover sites to gain a variety of skills and knowledge, providing you with a solid foundationfor a rewarding career with Stannah.

You will use state of the art welding equipment, pneumatic, electric powered tools, plus CNC machines (Flat bed and tube laser).

You will be required to train internally and externally with our training provider and complete coursework. This involves block-release at our approved training provider

**Minimum Requirements/Qualifications**:

- To be considered for the role of Apprentice Fabricator Welder you must have achieved a minimum of GCSE Grade 3 passes in Maths and English
