You will have experience of:

- Planning and delivering high quality swimming lessons to primary aged pupils
- Creating a positive and fun environment in which to motivate and encourage swimmers
- Ensuring safe provision of all equipment and ensuring it is used correctly
- Developing swimmer’s techniques and identifying ways to improve performance
- Evaluating sessions and giving feedback
- Level 2 Teaching Swimming Qualification
- Current Rescue Test or National Pool Lifeguard qualification
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude towards swimming
- Good level of communication
- Polite, friendly and confident manner
