EF is searching for an Activities Coordinator to manage and run the EF Beach Club on the Isle of Wight this summer. This would be the perfect job to boost your CV by gaining management experience while working in an international company
**What will you be doing?**
- Ensuring the EF Beach Club is set up and well branded prior to every session
- Planning and briefing leaders on interactive games, activities and events to run during sessions
- Monitoring and maintaining the EF Beach Club equipment and stock levels
- Working with the Activities Coordinator to plan and supervise EF events
- Welfare and discipline

**Who will you be working with?**
- On the Island we deliver both activities and academics to our young travellers. Our team consists of **Activity Leaders, Language Teachers** and the **Summer Management Team** that are supported by an experienced senior management team. We are a mix of both local and international staff with a lot of experience between us
**What is required?**
- To be successful in this role you must be a team player that can lead from the front, be outgoing and have great attention to detail
- You should be passionate about customer service and providing quality
**Full training will be given prior to contract start date.**
